We are thrilled to help you host your event at Steel Steeds. We are the perfect venue for many local, regional and state events. With 7 acres and the river frontage, the property can host about 500 (perhaps 1000) daily and up to about 250 for overnight stays. Please consider and answer the questions on the right and we will help you host a successful event!

1.    How many daytime visitors do you expect to have?
2.    How many overnight visitors do you expect to have?
3.    How many of those overnighters need sleeping quarters?
4.    How many of those overnighters will bring their own sleeping accommodations?
5.    Will your attendees be at the event all day or in and out?
6.    How much parking space will you need (bikes vs. cars)? Note that parking may be limited.
7.    Will you be planning any types of field events?
8.    Are you planning any types of riding activities (such as: poker run, covered bridge tour, scenic rides?)
9.    How many restroom facilities do you expect to need? (possible additional rental fees for porta-potties will apply)
10.    Do you plan to use Mindy's Tavern for beverages (beer, drinks, etc.)?
11.    If you do not plan to use Mindy's, are you prepared to handle required permits?
12.    Will you need vendor spaces? If so, how many?
13.    Do you need us to arrange for food vendors or will you provide your own? Cook your own or eat out?
14.    Do you need facilities for entertainment? (Additional charges may apply - depending on what you need).
