                        PLEASE KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM LEVEL DURING THIS TIME - STRONGLY ENFORCED.


Smoking:

All rental units are non-smoking. Please preserve the beauty of the natural river by being respectful and disposing of your butts properly.

Pets:

We love pets, but in respect for our guests who may have allergies, we do not allow them in our rental units. If you want to bring them in your own accommodations, we accept well-behaved pets on a leash.

RV & Cabin Tent Linens:

Bed Linens for your stay should be in your room. There is a hamper available at the office or in your rental unit. Rooms or units are not cleaned during your stay.  We provide towels for our guests who ride in.

RENTAL POLICIES

Credit Cards Accepted: Mastercard, Visa

Additional Guests: $20.00 per person per night; $75.00 weekly; Children 2 years and older are considered guests.

Deposit: A Deposit equal to One Night’s Rental is required upon making your reservation to confirm your stay. Balance is due in cash, credit card, or travelers checks (no personal checks). In case of cancellation, your deposit, less a $20.00 service charge, will be refunded only if unit is re-rented.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds only on cancellations of 15 days notice prior to arrival time. There will be a $20 sevice charge on all cancellations.

 Deposit: A NON- REFUNDABLE Deposit equal to One Night’s Rental is required upon confirmation of your reservation.
