We welcome you to Steel Steeds. Located on the West Branch of the Susquehanna River Steel Steeds provides a beautiful setting for your wedding. We have several options to make your special Wedding Day a success!

Steel Steeds is located on the beautiful banks of the West Branch of the Susquehanna River near Historic Lewisburg. It is a perfect location for your Biker Wedding. But we can also help with country rustic weddings.

There are wonderful opportunities to set your wedding photos against the backdrop of the beautiful, peaceful river. We want you to be able to create your own special Wedding Day. If you want a biker wedding, we can help. More traditional country rustic wedding? We can help.

Having your celebration at a campground lets you share memories with your family and friends in a relaxed outdoor setting. You and your guests may want to stay a few days to share your celebration and create fond memories around the campfire. Or if you prefer, you may use the campground for the day. With over seven acres, there is plenty of space for you to have a great time and create extraordinary memories.

If you would like to stay for a few days, we offer RVs and cabins for your guests. We provide all the linens, blankets, pillows and towels. You may also rent our RV sites or primitive camp. Please call to check for availability and prices.

Basic Wedding Ceremony Package

The price to have this Wedding Ceremony at Steel Steeds is $500.00.

This includes:
* Several beautiful locations to choose from
* 10 Hay bales (covered) for seating – more may be purchased

* 10 picnic tables covered with white outdoor tablecloth

* Decorated Arch for ceremony and decorated Heart stand for photos in a special area
* Endless photography opportunities
* Fire pit for an evening fire
* Plenty of parking for your guests

DECORATING

We give you plenty of time to get ready for your Wedding Day. For instance, if you get married on a Saturday, you may begin decoration on Thursday from 5:00 – 9:00 pm, and you may finish on Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. This allows plenty of time to prepare in time for a stress-free Wedding Day. Enjoy your Wedding Day here, (10 hour time allowance) with an 11:00 pm close, (unless you are renting other accommodations at the campground or have purchased additional hours), and then come back the next morning between 9:00 and 11:00 am for final clean up. You may decorate to suit your own style and colors.

CATERING & OTHER OPTIONS

We can help you with our preferred Caterers, however you may choose another Caterer, subject to the approval of Steel Steeds.

We can help you with local party Tent rentals. If you would like us to arrange it (including set up and break down), there is an additional fee.

We may be able to provide roasted pig or chicken for an additional fee. We may also be able to provide side dishes for an additional fee. Check for availability (if we have a busy camping weekend, this option may not be available.)

Alcohol is permitted on the day of your event (bring your own) for your private guests, you may need to provide proof of obtaining a one day liability insurance policy. We want you to have a good time, but at the same time, we encourage you and your guests to drink responsibly.

OTHER AVAILABLE OPTIONS

There are wonderful restaurants in Lewisburg to accommodate rehearsal dinners and your guests.

Lewisburg has plenty of restaurants and shopping. There is a Walmart and grocery stores nearby.

There are plenty of hotels nearby for your guests to stay the night.

We may be able to help you with a motorcycle honor guard. Please check with us.

Ask our neighbor, L.T.’s Tavern to help serve your guests.
